- Add grated cheese, whisking continuously, making sure that the cheese gets nicely melted into the mix. Keep aside 1/4 of a cup of cheese for later.
- Mix in the cooked pasta in the mixture.
- Grease a baking tray and transfer the macaroni and cheese to it. Lay use the remaining cheese saved above over the top evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Fried Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
➢ 1 pound firm black cod fish, skinned and deboned
➢ 2 tablespoons garlic salt
➢ 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
➢ A pinch of white pepper
➢ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
➢ Fresh grounded black pepper
➢ 2 tablespoons flour
➢ 1 large egg
➢ 1 tablespoon hot sauce
➢ Salt as per taste
➢ 6 small corn tortillas
➢ Lime wedges (optional)
- Cut the fish into six equal sizes and lightly coat it in a mix of garlic salt, smoked paprika, white pepper, oregano, and freshly ground back pepper. Leave the mix to set in matchbox-size pieces for about 30 minutes in the cooling.

- Dip each piece of the fish again in dipped-egg/flour and deep-fry in hot oil until it's fried crispy which normally takes 4-5 minutes. Keep each piece on a wire wrack so the bread coating remains crispy
- Start warming the tortillas such that they are ready to go. Wrap each warm tortilla in a clean kitchen towel and keep aside.
- Place one fried fish stick in each tortilla; garnish with cilantro and sour cream. Serve well.
